- De verificatie op data ter voorbereiding van de declaratie en douane documenten.
- De afhandeling van de uitzonderingen in de master data en in de aangiftes.
- Het opvolgen van de manuele en/of geautomatiseerde workflow.
- Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de douanegegevens.
- Je past de juiste noodprocedures toe.
- Je signaleert onregelmatigheden op douanegebied en rapporteert deze aan je leidinggevende.
- Je zorgt voor goede contacten met de douane en communiceert naar de klanten.
- Bachelor of gelijkgesteld met ervaring.
- Kennis van douane- en accijnswetgeving is een plus.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in NL en ENG.
- Je bent communicatief, met een kritische blik en gezond assertief.
- Efficiënt en resultaatsgericht, ook in opstartfase van nieuwe processen en structuren.
- Je haalt voldoening uit nauwkeurig werken
- Persoonlijke groei binnen een internationale, familiale en dynamische omgeving.
- Je werkt in een driewekelijks stelsel waarbij je tussen 7u en 19u werkt.
