    Your mission

    At Cuez by TinkerList, we're on a mission to revolutionize live broadcasting for global clients in television, (online) news, sports & esports, and events.     As Talent & People Officer, you'll be right at the heart of our organisation by driving our talent acquisition efforts and fostering a positive culture for our hybrid-remote team, whether they are in the office in Belgium or working fully remote abroad.

    Reporting directly to the Head of People, you'll take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. Beyond recruitment, you'll focus on enhancing employee experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires, and fostering productivity and engagement in both our office and remote environments.

    Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

    • Recruitment Specialist: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including drafting and posting job listings, CV screening, coordinating interviews and technical assignments.
    • People Whisperer: After a professional screening, you present suitable candidates to our team leaders. You follow up with candidates until salary negotiation and contract preparation.
    • Talent Scout: Your goal is to attract top talent to our team, with a focus on candidates who thrive in a SaaS/Tech/Startup or scale-up environment. You select appropriate recruitment channels, as well as actively search for suitable candidates or finding creative ways to build a talent network, both domestically and internationally.
    • Onboarding Buddy: Prepare seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one. Whether it's ordering their hardware, prepping their onboarding schedule, or simply grabbing a (virtual) coffee to welcome them aboard, you'll ensure their first steps into our team are smooth, warm, and memorable.
    • HR Projects Coordinator: Provide comprehensive support to the Head of People in developing and preparing HR projects, including but not limited to: function descriptions, performance evaluation processes, employer branding initiatives, training programs, onboarding procedures, internal communications strategies, legal documentation, and HR reporting by assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures, keeping documentation up-to-date and workflows running smoothly.
    • Payroll Partner: Support payroll processing and manage absence records to ensure accurate and timely payments.
    • (Remote) Office Happiness Guru: Spread joy and maintain office morale by organizing in-person and virtual team events, managing supplies, and keeping the coffee flowing - and the Coke Zero cold.

    Your profile

    • While a degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Management, or Office Management are advantageous, we equally value proactive individuals who have demonstrated their capabilities through relevant internships, student jobs, volunteering experiences, or involvement in youth organizations.
    • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience, with an active role in recruitment. Experience in hybrid/remote and/or SaaS/Tech/Startup/Product companies gets you bonus points as well.
    • You're a go-getter who sees what needs to be done and jumps in without being asked.
    • You thrive on keeping things in order and can manage tasks independently. Rest assured, guidance and support are readily available whenever needed, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
    • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
    • You understand the importance of confidentiality in HR matters and maintain an overall level of discretion.
    • You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get creative to solve problems and keep the office running smoothly. Watering the plants, glueing carpet to our call booth or moving tables when we are reorganizing our office for the 17th time? Sure
    • You're based in Belgium, and can work from the Leuven office on a regular basis as your presence is essential for collaboration and team synergy of the local team.
