    Role Description

    We are currently seeking a motivated, Dutch-speaking Recruiter to join our global team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our global expansion. Your daily duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing the hiring pipeline. You will maintain candidate databases, manage job postings, and assist in coordinating interviews and follow-ups. This role requires a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in Dutch and English
    • Previous experience in recruitment or HR
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using recruiting software and social media for recruitment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
    • Willingness to participate in a four-month, fully-paid training program in Athens, Greece
