    Your mission

    Attract the right audience (prospects or customers) for the right purpose (sales, upsell, animation, content). Find the best tools, networks, partners, tactics to increase audience to reach our targets with the available budget. Be accountable for results and performance.

    As Traffic Manager, you are responsible for:

    Traffic acquisition strategy

  • Define traffic acquisition landscape (tools, partners, networks, animation,...)
  • Setup traffic acquisition toolbox to address needs in a structured way and avoid re-inventing the wheel for each campaign
  • Define how to use toolbox for each KPI
  • Coordination traffic acquisition with other departments/teams to ensure understanding and visibility of on-going activities.

    • Manage Online Marketing activities

  • Take ownership of campaigns (any type) through all available channels (SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Display)
  • Focus daily, weekly, quarterly results with sharing results internally & externally
  • Keep a track record of campaigns / projects with the key learnings
  • Define campaign & animation timeline, ensure follow-up and timely execution.
  • Source partners and solutions

    • Data collection

  • Define requirements & tool to facilitate data collection
  • Achieve data collection targets (adding new profiles or increase profile depth)
  • Connect data bases to increase value at company level
  • Define, organize and execute data collection campaigns

    • Work as a Team

  • Daily stand up meeting with other Team leads & director
  • Daily stand up with team, manage team backlog on daily base
  • Ensure presence of traffic team in other departments, collect needs, define actions, report on results
  • Take full ownership & responsibility of personal deliverables, while making use of the knowledge, expertise and diversity of the (web)team.
  • Coordinate and manage external agencies

    • Monitor Performance

  • Monitor and analyze incoming traffic on a daily / Weekly and Monthly basis and propose the necessary actions to optimize it in order to reach the sales objective.
  • Set KPI's / budget before the launch of a traffic campaign and report on in-life progress. Base the KPI's on volume, and consider Unit Profitability and Cost per Additional GA
  • Manage team budget

    • Stay ahead of the game

  • Keep in touch with the latest evolutions on the market place
  • Recommend any online marketing practice that may have a positive impact on the development of online sales

    • Your specific expertise

  • Acquisition tools, online paid media
  • Working with agencies and GAFA
  • Traffic building tools for the web
  • Traffic analysis report tools

    • Your profile

  • Bachelor degree with 5 to 10 years of marketing / sales experience
  • Experience in Online Marketing / E-Commerce
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency using site reporting/analytic tools
  • An experience in team management
  • An experience in driving agencies
  • A passion for the Web environment / Online Trends
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivator, personal drive to excel with minimal supervision
  • Pro-activity
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Negotiating skills
  • Extreme attention to details and outstanding organizational skills
  • Pragmatic approach
  • Customer focus, strong internal client service skills
  • Fluent in French or Dutch and English
