- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure the delivered solutions meet the specified functional requirements.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to contribute insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Master or equal through experience.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in the software engineering industry with minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Native in Dutch and fluent in English.
- Strong programming and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN.
- Familiar with Agile as well as Waterfall approaches.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Able to present and lead workshops with clients.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
