Missions essentielles

As an Quality Specialist, you will play a central role in managing the food safety, quality and regulatory systems across the cluster Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.

You will liaise with the quality manager and other stakeholders to ensure that our production facilities, raw materials and products comply with our customer's needs and surpasses international and national legislative requirements.

Your main tasks will be:

Support the cluster quality manager to ensure that your sites comply with Group Quality, food and feed safety policies and standards.
Prepare and own the internal audit and inspection plan for the related site(s) and provide support on external audits.
Assist in following up on corrective actions (from audits or customer complaints).
Assist to implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure zero food safety incidents.
Provide relevant support and training in areas such as understanding Quality, food safety and hygiene and assist in management of relevant documentation.

Profil / Compétences requises Master recherché

You have a Master/Bachelor Degree in a food science or related discipline, or equivalent inrole experience.
You have experience in a similar role, with a good understanding of factory operations.
You have knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality systems within the food or drinks industry (preferably FSSC
You are a problem solver, think out of the box with innovative ideas and solutions.
You speak and write English fluently.
You speak and write French or Dutch.
You have a drivers license.
