    Hauptaufgaben

    As Motor Vehicle Operator, you will:

    -Drive passenger bus and/or cargo vehicles.
    -Transport personnel, articles and materials on and off post on public roads.
    -Observe established time schedules and follow prescribed routes, observing traffic laws and speed limits.
    -Control the loading and unloading.
    -Complete trip tickets and preventive maintenance service records.
    -Perform drivers maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations
    -Operate other vehicles (light/heavy).

    En tant que chauffeur, vous:

    -Conduirez des bus ou des véhicules de transport de marchandises.
    -Véhiculer le personnel, des articles ou matériaux sur la base militaire et la voie publique.
    -Respecterez les horaires, itinéraires et le code de la route.
    -Veillerez à l'embarquement-débarquement de passagers/ chargement/déchargement de cargaisons.
    -Complèterez les feuilles de route et les rapports de maintenance préventive.
    -Effectuerez la maintenance des véhicules conformément aux règlements établis.
    -Conduirez d'autres véhicules légers ou lourds.

    • CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIRED/PROFIL

    Applicants must demonstrate one year of professional experience in related field.
    Applicants must possess a valid driver license B, C and D.

    Valid B, C and D: Required.
    The selectee must be able to obtain and maintain a government driver's license.

    • DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

    - This announcement may be used for multiple positions.
    - Permanent, full-time (38 hours/week).
    - Flexible work schedule (Monday through Sunday). Incumbent will be required to perform on-call duties after working hours, and during holidays and weekends.
    - Salary: from 2,397.34 EUR gross/month

    • REFERRAL AND SELECTION PROCEDURE/PROCEDURE DE REFERENCE ET DE SELECTION

    The Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) will review each application and will refer candidates to the management official who will make the final selection. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for position without regard to political, religious, or labor organization affiliation or non-affiliation, marital status, race, color, sex, national origin, non-disqualifying physical disability, or age.

    The selectee:

    • Will provide an extract of criminal record: "Modele 1". This document may be requested to the local resident registration office.

    • May be subject to a Foreign National Screening administrated by the SHAPE Belgian Police.

    • Will pass a medical evaluation.

    Le Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) examinera chaque candidature et réfèrera les candidats au manager qui fera la sélection finale.
