ORGANIZATION:

YOUR ROLE:


  • Your main task is to act as the key point of contact between the local team abroad and the TA department headquartered in Belgium.
  • You implement recruitment strategies for diverse roles, tailored to the market abroad.
  • You will advise and take actions on topics such as employer branding, onboarding locally, ATS, social media campaigns, salary benchmarks,...
  • You disseminate best practices in talent acquisition and uphold HR standards locally.
  • You address HR queries for both local and headquarters teams.
  • You facilitate communication between local HR and headquarters for effective collaboration.
  • You organize meetings to enhance team cohesion and involvement.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have proven endtoend Talent Acquisition expertise, ideally within an international environment.
  • You have indepth knowledge of recruitment methods, labor market analysis, employer branding, and HR practices.
  • Your have understanding of HR processes, policies, etc, both local and international.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in French is a plus.

  • Location: Brussels and mostly remote
