    Functieomschrijving
    Gezocht: Business Administrator voor een internationaal bedrijf te Heusden-zolder.

    Je komt terecht op de een afdeling die binnen de organisatie verantwoordelijk is voor de volgende operationele en administratieve taken. Je begint aan de basis, gradueel zal je opgeleidt worden tot een volwaardige teamgenoot die diverse taken kan afwerken van begin tot einde. Jij hebt de kans om jezelf te specialiseren in 2 of 3 van onderstaande topics op basis van dagelijkse afstemming met je teamgenoten:

    HR:
    - Voorbereidend werk, planning: vakantiedagen, verlofdagen, telewerken, ...
    - Opmaak van de Internationale contracten
    - Evaluatie van de marktvereisten
    - Bijhouden van nieuwe beleids-/regelgevingsupdates
    - Employee branding in samenwerking met marketingafdeling: bereiken van nieuwe kandidaten, bestaande collega's, jobstudenten en stagiairs

    Boekhouding:
    - Samenwerking met leveranciers: contractbeoordeling, behandeling van inkoopverzoeken, beheer van activa
    - Leveranciersfacturen controleren, bewijsstukken voorzien van handtekeningen, inboeken in SAP-systeem, archivering, samenwerking met afdelingshoofd voor leveranciersbeheer
    - Voorbereiding van het financieel verslag voor maandafsluiting, herboeking systeem
    - Facturering van klanten, verkoopverklaringen, kredietbeheer, advisering over klantvoorwaarden.

    Aankoop van handelsgoederen:
    - Voorraad: bewegingen en FIFO-rotatie, dagelijkse/kwartaal-telling, prognoses, inkoopanalyse
    - Productbeheer: ERP onderhoud, nieuwe producten/samples, End-Of-Life producten/laatste generaties
    - Logistiek: handelsdocumenten, inkomende/uitgaande goederen, opvolging zendingen
    - Orderbeheer: ordervalidatie, prijsbepaling/onderhandeling

    Receptie & administratie:
    - Inkomende telefoongesprekken, postverzending, opvolging vergaderagenda, verwelkomen bezoekers, bezoekersregistratieboek
    - Inkoop: aankopen voor keuken, hygiëne, kantoorbenodigdheden, verkoopautomaat, logistieke benodigdheden.... voorraadrotatie/opvolging
    - Zaalondersteuning: Onderhoud vergaderzalen, Demoruimtes, Opslagruimte, Keuken, rokersruimte: alles in goede staat en goed georganiseerd houden
    - Evenementen ondersteuning: Lunches, Evenementen, CSR ... in samenwerking met marketing
    - Archivering

    Je werkt voltijds in dagdienst van 8u30-17u (40 u week)

    Profiel

    - Je studeerde bedrijfseconomische wetenschappen of bedrijfsadministratie en hebt daarnaast een eerste ervaring (stage of eerste job) in één of meerdere van volgende vakgebieden: HR, Aankoop van handelsgoederen, Operations, Boekhouding.
    - Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in een internationale omgeving
    - Je bent een gedreven en gestructureerde teamplayer.
    - Je werkt graag in een veeleisende omgeving en houdt je hoofd koel wanneer diverse taken gelijktijdig binnenkomen.
    - Je hebt oog voor detail en passie voor bedrijfsadministratie.
    - Je vindt het niet erg om hands-on aan de slag te gaan én je analyseert hoe je je werkvaardigheden kan perfectioneren op basis van de behoeften van je afdeling.
    - Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels op een professionele manier.
    - Je kan vlot werken met het programma Excel.
