**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience: - Knowledge of Customer Funding in a services environment

  • Experience in documenting business processes and identifying, and implementing improvement opportunities
  • Strong experience in aggregation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of data, based on Excel, and in particular ability to develop and use macros for that purpose
  • Advanced Microsoft office experience and skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a hybrid and multicultural environment with cross functional teams, manage the services and teams also working remotely, manage multiple tasks and projects in a fastmoving environment

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:


  • Knowledge of the Enterprise Service Delivery Model in use in NCI Agency
  • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
  • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in the Agency's enterprise software (EBA) system and related automated financial management tools
  • Experience in liaising with internal and external Stakeholders and ability to build relationships across business
  • Knowledge of the NFRs and Financial Rules and Procedures

  • PRs creation

  • Receipts validation and creation
  • Revenue vs execution follow up and reporting
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Workforce and talent management
  • Provides personal, technical and professional support and guidance for assigned staff as an integral part of career development
  • Maintain a proper match between workload and work capacity in the section, recommending hiring or training, as required
  • Supports recruitment and selection of staff, to maintain authorized complement at highest quality;
  • Supplier management
  • Ensures external acquisition requests for contractors, consultants, hardware, software, consumables, etc. are placed in a timely manner and that an annual spending plan is maintained and efficiently executed
  • Knowledge management
  • Develops Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Operating Instructions, Guidelines, Checklists and/or Templates for the Financial area, defining in detail tasks that must be performed by all roles identified as needed
  • Continual improvement
  • Recommends improvements to the Service Delivery Managers
