DAF Trucks, te Westerlo, is op zoek naar een Production Engineer Tooling.Als Production Engineer Tooling ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van intelligente schroeftools en -processen. Je werkt o.a. aan het verbeteren van de proceskwaliteit en -stabiliteit. Daarnaast ga je op zoek naar innovaties binnen het vakgebied en implementeer je nieuwe installaties, rekening houdend met productieaantallen, kosten, ergonomie, veiligheid, etc.
- Je werkt aan het continu verbeteren van schroefprocessen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische stabiliteit van intelligente schroeftools;
- Je staat in voor het opzetten en onderhouden van procedures en beheerplannen;
- Je overlegt veelvuldig met andere engineers, opdrachtgevers, productiemedewerkers en leveranciers;
- Je bent technisch specialist en hebt hierdoor ook een adviserende rol;
- Je werkt met data van de schroefprocessen om de performance te rapporteren;
- Je verzorgt opleidingen voor de organisatie;
- Je blijft op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied.
