    Description
    • Als operator bedien je technische machines voor de assemblage van complete ruitenwissers of de verpakking van het eindproduct og het extruderen van rubber en kunststof
    • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren van de producten
    • Je kan kleine elektrische storingen oplossen en mechanische problemen aan de machine.
    • Noteren van storingen en hun frequenties, alsook de reden van de stilstand en mogelijke oplossingen om gelijkaardige storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen.
    • Correcties aanbrengen in de stuurprogramma's, instellingen aanpassen bij de wissel naar een ander ruitenwisselmodel of type rubber
    • Controle van de machine -> verzekeren van het goed functioneren bij opstart en werking hiervan.
    • Grote storingen los je samen op met de technisch organisator en de onderhoudsdienst.
    • Onderdelen voor de productie tijdig klaarleggen aan jou productielijn
    • Je controleert de producten zodat ze aan de tekeningen en kwaliteitsstandaarden beantwoorden.
    • Je past de instellingen aan bij de wissel naar een ander ruitenwissermodel of type rubber.
    • Je neemt deel aan TPM besprekingen en hebt je eigen pakket bij preventief onderhoud.

    Profile
    • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal (instructies vlot kunnen opvolgen)
    • Je beschikt over een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs :mechanica/elktromechanica/industriële elektriciteit
    • Je bent stipt in het opvolgen van timing en procedures
    • Flexibiliteit is een must
    • Je bent een teamplayer en communicatief vaardig
