Wat ga je precies doen?
Als Team leader Care maak je deel uit van het Local Management Team. Je stuurt het zorgteam aan en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel de bewoners en hun familie, als de overige directieleden en de externe zorgrelaties. Verwacht wordt dat je de visie van Orpea structureel en consequent uitrolt en versterkt binnen je team en op die manier bijdraagt tot de levenskwaliteit van je collega's én die van onze bewoners.
Je vervult een cruciale rol in de dagelijkse werking van het woonzorgcentrum.
Voor het zorgteam ben je zoveel als hét ankerpunt. Je staat borg voor een efficiënte dagelijkse leiding, de passende ondersteuning en de juiste opleidingen op het juiste moment. Ook de aanwerving en begeleiding van geëngageerde nieuwe medewerkers behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
Voor de bewoners en hun familie ben jij degene die waakt over veiligheid en welzijn. Ze kunnen niet alleen bij je terecht met al hun vragen betreffende zorgverlening en zorgplanning. Ook het zorgdossier van iedere bewoner is bij jou 'in goede, zorgende handen'.
Je staat borg voor de correcte toepassing van de zorgprocedures, een transparante feedback, een punctueel budgetbeheer en een vlotte, correcte uurroosterregeling.
Je bent de zorgkundige steun en toeverlaat van de directeur en houdt hem/haar op de hoogte van de zorggerelateerde tendensen in de sector.
Kortom, je vervult je functie met respect voor de ethische en deontologische regels en verpersoonlijkt de hoogkwalitatieve dienstverlening die van Orpea wordt verwacht.
Wat heb je allemaal in je mars?
Je beschikt over een erkend diploma in de verpleegkunde en bent in het bezit van een riziv nummer alsook een geldig visum uitgereikt door de Federale Overheidsdienst Volksgezondheid FOD. Een master of kaderopleiding is een sterke plus.
Je kan terugkijken op een gelijkaardige ervaring als verantwoordelijke waarbij je reeds multidisciplinair samengewerkt hebt. Leidinggevende ervaring is een vereiste.
