Offre d'emploi : Conseiller en Service à la Clientèle chez beBee Professionals à GandbeBee Professionals recherche un Conseiller en Service à la Clientèle pour rejoindre son équipe à Gand.
Le candidat idéal devra avoir une excellente connaissance des produits et services de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des processus et des systèmes informatiques. Il devra également être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et de résoudre leurs problèmes de manière professionnelle et courtoise.
Les principales responsabilités du Conseiller en Service à la Clientèle comprennent :
• Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, par courrier électronique et par chat en ligne ;
• Fournir des informations sur les produits et services de l'entreprise ;
• Résoudre les problèmes des clients et leur fournir des solutions ;
• Gérer les plaintes des clients et les résoudre de manière appropriée ;
• Fournir des informations sur les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise ;
• Fournir des mises à jour sur les produits et services ;
• Maintenir des dossiers à jour et enregistrer les informations des clients.
Le candidat doit avoir une excellente maîtrise de la langue française et une bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques. Une expérience préalable dans le service à la clientèle est un atout.
