    Als Customer Support Network Engineer sta je in voor de remote technische implementatie van Explore, SDWAN en voice oplossingen voor professionele klanten. Bovendien ben je dé contactpersoon voor de technische vragen van de klant met betrekking tot de projecten onder jouw beheer. Bij de opstart van een project overloop je samen met de klant het technisch aspect van de aanvraag om maximale garantie te bieden op een "first time right" implementatie.

    Voor een maximaal respect van de voorziene opleveringsdatum, zorg je voor een tijdige voorbereiding van de nodige configuraties. Je levert de verschillende sites samen met de klant op. Je staat in voor een eventuele probleemanalyse en de nodige support.

    Ben je ondernemend en oplossingsgericht? Is "klant is koning" ook voor jou absoluut een vereiste? Vind je naast kwantiteit, ook kwaliteit even belangrijk? Dan zit je bij ons aan het juiste adres.

    Technische kennis

    Je beschikt over praktische ervaring op Cisco routers voor configuratie en probleemanalyse. Cisco kennis is gelijkwaardig aan niveau CCNA.

    Kennis van OneAccess routers is een troef.

    Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van IP adressering.

    Je bent voldoende tweetalig NL/FR om een nationale klantenportefeuille te beheren. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef.

    Je beschikt over een zeer sterke persoonlijke organisatie en kan deze gemakkelijk aanpassen in functie van de noden.

    Je bent stressbestendig.

    Je bent flexibel en bereid om eventueel geplande tussenkomsten buiten de diensturen (met inbegrip van het weekend) uit te voeren.Teamspirit en engagement
