- Als operationele expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het streven naar excellente operationele serviceniveaus en efficiëntie, met een voortdurende focus op de veiligheid van ons personeel, een klantgerichte aanpak en efficiëntie van onze operaties. Je werkt nauw samen met andere leidinggevenden binnen de aftermarket organisatie en je rapporteert aan de Business Line Manager Aftermarket (CTS – Compressor Technique Service);
- Je beoordeelt voortdurend de operationele processen en in overleg met de BLM breng je verbeteringen aan om de efficiëntie te verhogen, verspilling en kosten te verminderen, processen te optimaliseren en de algemene prestaties van teams te verbeteren;
- Je ondersteunt de operationele teams voor een succesvolle uitvoering van de operaties, met duidelijke doelstellingen en relevante KPI's om prestaties te volgen en voortdurende verbetering te stimuleren;
- Terwijl Top Line onze prioriteit blijft, ondersteun je samen met de teamleaders, onze doelstellingen om work in progress en backlog te reduceren;
- Je toetst de processen steeds af met de Business Process Manager voor volledige alignering binnen het customer center;
- Je gaat hands-on aan de slag met de logistieke processen om voorraden in camionnettes te beheren en een optimaal replenishment proces op te zetten. Je gaat regelmatig in overleg met de Business Process Manager, die de eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de magazijnwerking;
- Je inspireert cross-functionele CTS teams om een sterk commitment te bevorderen voor het bereiken van operational excellence;
- Je draagt zorg voor het delen en implementeren van best practices binnen onze teams.
- Masteropleiding in engineering of logistiek, met een dynamische ingesteldheid en sterke ondernemerszin;
- Natuurlijke aanleg om vanuit duidelijke operationele en financiële KPI's acties uit te zetten en deze uit te rollen in een technisch complexe, gedecentraliseerde organisatie;
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Ownership is een kernaspect van je persoonlijkheid. Autonomie, flexibiliteit, en het besef van het belang van een change mindset zijn essentieel voor duurzame resultaten;
- Sterke operationele achtergrond en brede kennis van bedrijfsprocessen;

- Bereidheid tot regelmatig reizen naar andere customer centers en werken in een internationale context;
- Sterk leervermogen en inzicht om kennis snel eigen te maken;
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving, ervaring als teamleider is een troef;
- IT literate met een uitgebreide ervaring met ERP-systemen (SAP) en randapplicaties, met begrip van data-modellen en onderliggende werking voor operationele efficiëntieverbeteringen;
- Uitstekende drietaligheid (Nederlands/Frans/Engels) zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, ter ondersteuning van effectieve communicatie op diverse organisatieniveaus en binnen een internationale context.

- En tant qu'expert en opérations, vous serez chargé d'atteindre d'excellents niveaux de service opérationnel et d'efficacité, en mettant constamment l'accent sur la sécurité de notre personnel, avec une approche orientée vers le client et l'efficacité de nos opérations. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres responsables du département après-vente et vous rapportez au Business Line Manager Aftermarket (CTS - Compressor Technique Service);
- Vous évaluez en permanence les processus opérationnels et, en consultation avec BLM, vous apportez des améliorations pour accroître l'efficacité, réduire les déchets et les coûts, optimiser les processus et améliorer les performances globales de l'équipe;
- Vous soutenez les équipes opérationnelles pour une exécution réussie des opérations, avec des objectifs clairs et des KPI pertinents pour suivre les performances et favoriser l'amélioration continue;
- Tandis que le Top Line reste notre priorité, vous soutenez, avec les chefs d'équipe, nos objectifs afin de réduire le work in progress et le backlog;
- Vous évaluez les processus avec le Business Process Manager afin d'assurer un alignement complet au sein du customer center;
- Vous abordez les processus logistiques d'une manière hands-on pour gérer les stocks dans les camionnettes et mettre en place un processus de replenishment optimal. Vous interagissez régulièrement avec le Business Process Manager, qui est le responsable final des opérations au sein du magasin;
- Vous inspirez les équipes cross-fonctionnelles de CTS pour qu'elles s'engagent fermement à atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle;
- Vous assurez le partage et la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques au sein de nos équipes.
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou de logisticien, avec un état d'esprit dynamique et un fort esprit d'entreprise;
- Capacité naturelle à définir et à mettre en œuvre des actions à partir des KPI opérationnels et financiers clairs dans une organisation techniquement complexe et décentralisée;
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication. L'esprit d'entreprise est un aspect essentiel de votre personnalité. L'autonomie, la flexibilité et la conscience de l'importance d'un change mindset sont essentielles pour obtenir des résultats durables;
- Solide expérience opérationnelle et vaste connaissance des processus d'entreprise;
- Orienté vers les résultats, mentalité pratique et approche pragmatique. Une bonne communication avec toutes les parties concernées est essentielle;
- Volonté de voyager régulièrement dans d'autres customer centers et de travailler dans un contexte international;
- Forte capacité d'apprentissage pour maîtriser rapidement les connaissances;
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel, l'expérience en tant que teamleader est un atout;
- Maîtrise des technologies de l'information avec une grande expérience des systèmes ERP (SAP) et des applications périphériques, avec une compréhension des modèles de données et des opérations sous-jacentes pour l'amélioration de l'efficacité opérationnelle;
- Excellent trilinguisme (néerlandais/français/anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, permettant une communication efficace à différents niveaux de l'organisation et dans un contexte international.
