- Develop and implement OOH/FS business plans by country, focusing on growth and productivity. Contributing strongly to the Business Area strategy and plan.
- 70% AM & 30% BDM
- Building long-term relationships & market position with your clients.
- Clients focused in OOH/FS, main focus on the ethnic market.
- Managing local pricing, discounts and trade investments within established guidelines.
- Work with the local market to manage the local assortment and execute concepts, product launches, promotions, street visibility and other activities.
- Continuous development of the way of working - maximising the customer experience at optimised costs.
- Managing all directly controllable costs and optimising payment terms, minimising risk.
- Managing an international sales team of 4FTE's > goal to 6FTE's
- Coach, motivate and inspire the team, optimising the team to maximise profitable growth.
- University Degree
- Experience in OOH/FS market is a must, preference within ethnic markets
- Min. 5 years of people management experience
- Building long-term strategy plans fro years
- Result-driven person with strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Strong in keeping a clear helicopter view
- Fluent in French & English (other languages are a plus)
- A person who likes to have the combination/variation of being operational, strategical, analytical.
