- Je ondersteunt een 360 ° interne en externe communicatie rond CSR, en coördineert hiervoor nauw met Communicatie en Marketing.
- Je volgt de opzet en de uitrol van een brede interne CSR informatie campagne op.
- Je zal onze nieuwe duurzaamheidswebsite mee helpen opbouwen en onderhouden.
- Je ondersteunt bij het uitrollen van (deel-)projecten .
- Je ondersteunt bij de coördinatie en opvolging van de implementatie van de CSR-strategie en helpt bij de implementatie van gestelde kaders, richtlijnen en processen (positie papers, KPIs, ARIS)
- Je volgt donaties en goede doel acties op, je coördineert de acties en samenwerkingen met organisaties zoals de voedselbanken.
- Je volgt de budgetten van de afdeling op en bent verantwoordelijk voor alles wat hierbij komt kijken.
- Je blijft up-to-date op vlak van trends en evoluties op het gebied van CSR en duurzaamheid, je leest jezelf in en houdt in de gate wat er gangbaar is in de markt op vlak van duurzaamheid.
- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een administratieve/coördinerende functie.
- Zowel schoolverlaters als kandidaten met een eerste ervaring zijn welkom.
- Administratie schrikt je niet af en je wilt jezelf verder verdiepen en onwikkelen in alles wat te maken heeft met CSR.
- Je hebt een grote interesse in CSR topics en processen.
- Je bent communicatief ingesteld.
- Je bent een organisatorisch talent en je werkt gestructureerd.
- Een boeiende en gevarieerde functie gelinkt aan een actueel en interessante topic.
