For our sterile production site located in Brussels (Neder-Over-Heembeek) which is currently expanding its capabilities, we are looking for a **MS&T Process Validation Manager.**

The manager reports directly to the MS&T & Product Development Director, and they're responsible for supervising the qualification and validation activities (MFT, particle counting, sterilization validation, smoke tests, shipping validation, etc.) of the Brussels site.

**The Role**
- Create and optimize cleaning and sterilization validation strategies.
- Execute periodic validations and plan the availability of SMEs for audits.
- Provide on-field support during critical validation steps and train the teams on the process and the validation.
- Manage a team of 5 validation experts and specialists.
- Collaborates with the Manufacturing and Packaging departments to integrate new equipment & technologies and with the NPI department to introduce new products.
- Partner with all involved departments (Manufacturing, Packaging, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, NPI, etc.) during investigations following deviations, improvement projects, and other site based projects.
- Supervise the archiving of validation documents.
- Participate in the analysis of the sites RCMs, and the creation of URS in order to match the right equipment to the process needed.
- Write anomaly reports, deviations, RCAs, CAPAs, change controls and other quality processes related their team's activity. Investigate complaints, loss of efficiency, and other anomalies.
- University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Pharmacy, or other relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- Expertise in qualification, process validation, quality/production, or project management in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry is required.
- Good understanding of filling, formulation, VI and packaging activities.
- Must have experience in People Management and engaging people.
- French & English are a must. Dutch is an asset.
