- Management of buildings, grounds, and green areas, including maintenance and repairs, within office and warehouse spaces.
- Supervision of maintenance team , including planning and direction.
- Management of electricity, plumbing, and general equipment in buildings.
- Monitoring of periodic inspections and energy consumption to improve efficiency .
- Coordination of maintenance contracts , quotations , regulatory compliance , and reporting of issues to management.
- Optimization of internal transportation within warehouses and budgeting for maintenance.
