    Stellenbeschreibung

    Als administratief medewerker douane sta je in voor het opmaken van alle douanedocumenten en het tijdig vervullen van alle formaliteiten import, export en transit:
  • Bepalen van douanetarieven aan de hand van de geldende nomenclatuur;
  • Aanvraag van de verschillende certificaten bij de verschillende instanties;
  • Het opmaken van alle noodzakelijke douanedocumenten import/export/NCTS;
  • Het opvolgen van douanedossiers en het oplossen van douanegeschillen;
  • Je informeert de klant betreffende de te vervullen douaneformaliteiten zodat deze goed op de hoogte is van de formaliteiten en de bijhorende kosten
    • Wij vragen
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma bij voorkeur richting logistiek;
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als douanedeclarant;
  • Kwaliteit staat centraal in alles wat je doet;
  • Je kan autonoom en pro-actief werken in voorkomen van fouten en verbeteren van processen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van moderne software applicaties (zoals MS Office).
