- Technisch expert in het chemisch analytisch domein
- Je ondersteunt het labcenter bij het oplossen van problemen in verband met lab toestellen en de bestaande routine analytischemethoden die je continu verbetert.
- Je hebt hiervoor kennis omtrent: - Validatie van analytische methoden en lab toestellen - Analytische methodologie voor cleaning validatie - Parameters die methode ontwikkeling/performantie bepalen - Kalibratie/maintenance van lab toestellen
- Je zorgt voor de finale oplevering indien een wijziging van analytische methoden of lab toestellen nodig blijkt (als onderdeel van operationele support): het opstellen documenten volgens bedrijfseigen richtlijnen (rational/protocol/rapport/SOP/change control...) en coördinatie/opvolging van de praktische uitvoering door analist.
- Je supporteert afwijkingen die zich voordeden in het kader van je technische operationele support (documentatie + onderzoek naar oorzaak, preventieve/correctieve acties/impact).
- Je voert zelf analytische testen of toestel validatie/installatietesten uit volgens cGMP/bedrijfseigen richtlijnen wanneer dit nodig is
- Je hebt een Master opleiding in de chemische, farmaceutische, bio engineering of wetenschappelijke wereld
- Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in analytische chemische industrie (bij voorkeur in problemsolving & equipment/methode validatie) of gelijkaardig wetenschappelijk onderzoek.
- PHD'ers komen ook in aanmerking met relevante labo technieken
- Je hebt een degelijke kennis van analytische chemische technieken, je kan statistische evaluaties maken van je resultaten en deze perfect objectief en technisch documenteren.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring in een GMP-omgeving
- Je bent resultaatgericht en probleemoplossend, je draagt de klant en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel en werkt nauwgezet en geordend
- Je bent een sterke communicator, flexibel en creatief
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
