Functieomschrijving- Act as the key point of contact for managers to deliver customized and state of the art HR solutions
- Promote the company culture across all teams and ensure HR is seen as a true business partner
- Design, implement, monitor, and further develop yearly HR cycle according to Group policies/systems and local company/country regulations
- Design, organize and supervise talent management activities; coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals
- Design & implement employer branding strategy to attract and retain talent
- Support Area HR in HR core processes for local Top and Senior Management (e.g. recruitment, succession planning)
- Build and maintain effective labor relationships (Trade Union and Work Council)
- Plan, implement and monitor payroll and compensation cycle
- Ensure effective and efficient daytoday HR business in the Benelux
- University degree (economic, technical, legal or psychological major)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an operational HR position and several years in a managerial position, preferably in a multinational/manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of industrial relations and excellent knowledge of labour law
- Excellent managerial skills including implementation and decision making with a clear focus on speed, communication, analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, keeping deadlines and working under pressure
- Strong, efficient, and persuasive communicator at all levels with exceptional listening skills, knowledge in dealing with employee relations issues
- Excellent negotiation skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and highly confidential issues with discretion, tact and diplomacy
- Experience with Workday would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in French/English and Dutch
