- Als Junior Aankoper IT leer je onder begeleiding van een peter/meter, de dienst IT-Procurement kennen, alsook de taken van een ervaren Aankoper IT. Na je basisopleiding krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een aankoopdossier.
- In overleg met je businessklant analyseer je de noden en ga je op zoek naar de beste match met verschillende leveranciers van zowel IT-hardware, software als services en consultancy.
- In eerste instantie start je met een aantal consultancy opdrachten . Nadien kunnen hier ook andere aankoop categorieën aan toegevoegd worden.
- Je voert onderhandelingen met leveranciers en zoekt steeds de juiste verhouding tussen de noden, kwaliteit en prijs. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de contracten.
- Je beheert de samenwerking met de leveranciers. Je houdt het overzicht, coördineert en faciliteert op een efficiënte manier. Samen met andere interne stakeholders garandeer je de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de geleverde services. Je volgt hierbij ook de resultaten van de partners op en zorgt voor het maximaliseren van de output van de afgesloten contracten.
- Je bouwt een netwerk uit en volgt proactief de markt op. Je informeert het management over de bewegingen op de markt en je durft innovatieve ideeën lanceren.
- Kennis en ervaring - Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent vertrouwd met het werken in een IT-omgeving, consultancy en IT-services of je hebt sterke interesse om je hierin te verdiepen.
- Analytisch vermogen Je kan de behoefte van de interne klant duidelijk in kaart brengen en vertalen naar externe partijen.
- Onderhandelingsvaardigheden Je voelt je comfortabel in een onderhandelingspositie en hebt ervaring met contractnegotiatie.
- Resultaatsgericht Je gaat altijd voor het beste resultaat en stopt niet voor dat resultaat bereikt is.
- Talen Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Op die manier leg je vlot contacten en bouw je snel een netwerk op.
