    Fluxys is een internationale energieinfrastructuurgroep met 1. personeelsleden actief in gasvervoer en -opslag en terminalling van vloeibaar aardgas.

    Als purpose-gedreven bedrijf engageren we ons om snel te schakelen naar een koolstofneutrale wereld. We verkennen nieuwe technologieën en we investeren in infrastructuur om waterstof, biomethaan, CO2 en andere moleculen voor een klimaatneutrale toekomst te vervoeren.

    Voor het Grid departement gelegen in ons hoofdkantoor te Brussel (vlakbij trein- en metrostations, ) zijn we op zoek naar een Field Mobility & Maintenance Coordinator (m/v/x).

    Het departement Grid beheert het gasvervoersnet van Fluxys Belgium, met als doel op elk moment de gastoevoer naar de eindverbruikers te verzekeren en de veiligheid van de installaties, het milieu en de medewerkers te garanderen. Concreet omvat dit de inspectie, de exploitatie en het onderhoud van het leidingnet en bijbehorende installaties en het in goede banen leiden van alle werken uitgevoerd door derden in de nabijheid van onze installaties. Organisatorisch is het departement GRID opgesplitst in 5 regionale zones verdeeld over België, hierbij versterkt door twee centrale diensten (Asset & Maintenance Team en Third Party Works Team) die het onderhoudsprogramma en de werkmethoden bepalen en door middel van technische analyses en innovatieve oplossingen de betrouwbaarheid en de beschikbaarheid van onze installaties bewaken en verbeteren.

  • Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team dat de regionale operationele zones ondersteunt bij het beheer en onderhoud van het gasnet.
  • Als Field Mobility & Maintenance Coordinator heb je een dubbele rol Je bent de referentiepersoon voor het beheer van alle dienstvoertuigen in leasing en daarnaast ondersteun je de Maintenance Engineer met het uitvoeren van technische en administratieve taken.Je beheert alle dienstvoertuigen in leasing (ongeveer voertuigen) voor alle regionale operationele zones van Fluxys (o.a. Grid, interventiecentrum Zuun en ondergrondse opslag LoenhoutJe bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over de leasingvoertuigen. Hiervoor heb je contact met de gebruikers van deze voertuigen, leasingmaatschappijen, verzekeringen, leveranciers uitrustingen, merkdealers en garagesRekening houdend met de levensduur van de voertuigen start je het bestelproces tijdig op. Je vraagt offertes op bij de verschillende actieve leasebedrijven, maakt de nodige prijsvergelijkingen, plaatst de bestellingen en volgt op tot levering. Je zorgt voor een correcte inlevering van de voertuigen einde leasingJe volgt de lopende leasecontracten op en op basis van het werkelijk gebruik van de voertuigen optimaliseer je deze contractenJe bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe uitrustingen van de dienstvoertuigen. Hiervoor beheer je de lastenboeken, maak je de nodige bestellingen en volg je de aanpassingen van de voertuigen opJe stelt periodiek de nodige rapporten op over o.a. het brandstofverbruik, budgetten en planningenJe staat in voor de verwerking en opvolging van alle nodige administratieve handelingen (o.a. periodieke technische keuringen, verwerkingen van boetes, kilometerheffingen, tankkaarten en vervangwagens)
  • Naast het beheer van de dienstvoertuigen ondersteun je het onderhoudsteam van het Station Asset & Maintenance Team met de realisatie van kleine en grote taken. Deze taken zijn o.a.: Verzamelen van technische data en opstellen van rapportenOpmaken en beheren van onderhoudsinstructiesBeheer van risicoanalyses, onderhoudsplannen en -contractenDeelname aan de selectie, aankoop en testen van nieuwe gereedschappenTechnische ondersteuning van de regionale operationele zones

  • Een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ideaal een eerste ervaring met het beheren van een wagenpark en/of het inrichten van voertuigen
  • Een sterke interesse in techniek en affiniteit met de huidige en toekomstige technologieën gebruikt in de automobielindustrie (fossiel, thermisch, Hybride systemen, EV, ...)
  • Zeer gemotiveerd, zelfstandig en je weet van aanpakken
  • Een teamgeest
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en relaties weten op te bouwen
  • Goed georganiseerd en in staat om met strakke deadlines te werken
  • Zeer goede digitale skills en een goede kennis van MS-producten (Word, Excel, Outlook en SharePoint)
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans. Een praktische kennis van het Engels
