    Exciting Opportunity

    Join the EY Financial Services Organization (FSO) with a robust Enterprise Risk Management team and Regulatory and Compliance Consulting practice. Collaborate with insurance entities to ensure compliance with regulations such as DORA, Solvency II, IDD, and IRRD, as well as enhance their control functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Regulatory gap assessment and implementation: Evaluate new regulatory requirements, create roadmaps, and translate them into business needs. Support clients in implementing identified gaps.
    • Risk assessment: Identify risks, propose risk mitigation actions, and report results to senior management.
    • Internal Controlling: Enhance internal controls, ensuring effective implementation following international standards.
    • Regulatory watch: Update processes and establish a regulatory monitoring program for ongoing compliance.
    • Lead projects and advise: Conduct workshops, analyze issues, and recommend solutions.
    • Risk culture: Promote risk and compliance culture through workshops, training, and awareness campaigns.

    Skills and Attributes for Success

    • Master's degree in economics, law, or finance
    • Strong interest in the insurance sector
    • 5-10 years of experience in consulting or Risk and Compliance in insurance
    • Expertise in financial regulations like Solvency II, IDD, GDPR, etc.
    • Flexible mindset, creative thinking, stakeholder management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Fluency in Dutch and/or French, proficient in English
    • Team player with autonomy
