- Accompagner les client executives dans le cadre d'une approche sales proactive afin de démontrer la haute valeur ajoutée de notre coordination de réseau.
- En étroite collaboration avec notre responsable « Compliance Advisory », mettre à jour et communiquer les nouveaux éléments règlementaires des pays et partager avec les clients.
- Partager son expertise internationale en interne, tant sur les problématiques règlementaires, pratiques locales que concernant les bonnes pratiques en matière de rémunération de notre réseau.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre responsable « Compliance Advisory » et l'équipe client interne afin d'optimiser le déploiement international de leurs programmes d'assurance.
- Mettre en place/renouveller et suivre les programme internationaux toutes branches dans le cadre de la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients confié, aux caractéristiques techniques simples ou complexes selon les cas, en collaboration directe avec les clients, leur client executive et les client advisors.
- Collecter et consolider les éléments préalables à la mise en place/ au renouvellement de ces programmes d'assurance, s'assurer de l'exactitude des données collectées et maintenir leur qualité dans le temps.
- Construire l'allocation des primes, la valider avec le client et les assureurs et envoyer les instructions de facturation à EBSC.
- Envoyer les instructions au réseau et suivre la mise en place (garantie, paiement des primes). Etre en charge de l'animation du réseau et du traitement de problématiques techniques avec les client advisors.
- S'assurer du maintien de la qualité de service de notre réseau pour ses clients, procéder à un reporting régulier au client pour le tenir au courant des progrès réalisés ainsi que des éventuelles difficultés rencontrées et proposer des solutions.
- Participer aux Stewardship meetings avec le client afin de lui démontrer la plus-value d'une gestion dynamique de ses différentes expositions internationales ainsi que de leur évolution.
