    Was wir zusammen vorhaben:

    Das Büro der REWE Group in Brüssel vertritt die politischen Interessen des Unternehmens in Europa und ist eingebettet in eine Bürokooperation mit anderen Händlern und Verbänden. Mit der räumlichen Nähe zur politischen Öffentlichkeit in Brüssel möchte die REWE Group noch intensiver über die Arbeit, Ziele und Werte der Genossenschaft informieren. Die REWE Group ist einer der führenden Handels- und Touristikkonzerne in Deutschland und Europa. Zu den Vertriebslinien zählen Super-, Verbraucher- und Fachmärkte. Darüber hinaus leistet der REWE-Lieferservice als Marktführer im Bereich des Online-Lebensmittelhandels Pionierarbeit. Zur Touristiksparte gehören unter dem Dach der DER Touristik Group zahlreiche Veranstalter und über 2.400 Reisebüros.

    Was du bei uns bewegst:

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung: du steuerst in Absprache mit deiner Führungskraft Policyfelder aus dem Bereich des Handels selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du packst mit an: du führst Recherchen zu unterschiedlichen Themen durch.
  • Du haben alles im Blick: von der Organisation über die Präsentation bis hin zur Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und dem Verfassen von Texten.
  • Du denkst strategisch: du erstellst politische Analysen und Hintergrundpapiere.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson und Repräsentant:in: für Kolleg:innen und externe Gäste, die unser Büro in Brüssel besuchen.
  • Du vermittelst: du unterstützt bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit politischen Entscheidungsträger:innen und Interessengruppen (Verbänden).

  • Zuallererst deine Persönlichkeit: deine Eigenständigkeit, Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Freude im Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du bist Absolvent:in der Politik-, Sozial-, Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften und konntest bereits mindestens 3–5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Umfeld eines Abgeordnetenbüros, einer Agentur oder eines Verbandes sammeln.
  • Du kannst auf ein belastbares Netzwerk im Brüsseler Umfeld zurückgreifen und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse bezüglich des politischen Systems der EU.
  • Idealerweise besitzt du erste Kenntnisse in den Themenfeldern Lebensmitteleinzelhandel/ Verbraucherschutz/ Ernährung sowie weiteren handelsrelevanten Themen.
  • Deine interkulturellen Fähigkeiten und deine Offenheit ermöglicht es dir, souverän in die Interaktion mit Interessengruppen, EU-Verbänden und Mitarbeitern mit unterschiedlichem kulturellem Hintergrund zu gehen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen setzen wir ebenso voraus, wie eine sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Zu guter Letzt bringst du Bereitschaft zu Reisen mit, die dich von Brüssel aus insbesondere regelmäßig zu unserem Zentralstandort nach Köln führen.
