- Om te beginnen ben je dus verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële uitwerking en opvolging van service naar klanten toe. Hiervoor ga je van kostcalculatie en offerte tot pro-forma, klant PO en finale invoice.
- Je bent back-up voor de lead planner waarbij je als aanspreekpunt fungeert voor onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden. dit doe je door een efficiënte planning in elkaar te puzzelen afhankelijk van de beschikbare techniekers.
- Verder bouw je mee aan een efficiente en effectieve organisatie binnen het gebruik van SAP en de CRM-tools.
- Idealiter ben je goed tweetalig Frans en Nederlands met ook een goede kennis van het Engels om vlot met het systeem te kunnen werken
- Een zeer klantvriendelijke ingesteldheid voor zowel de interne als externe klant staat centraal;
- Organisatie is vanzelfsprekend en je houdt van administratieve efficiëntie;
- Je houdt van afwisseling, kan je prioriteiten zelfstandig bepalen en je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving;
- Je kan goed overweg met CRM applicaties, Microsoft Office en SAP
- Ten slotte ben je geboren om in een team te werken.
