    Customer Service Executive Import

Dan is de functie van Customer Service Executive Import op onskantoor in Antwerpen precies wat je zoekt

    Als Customer ServiceExecutive op onze importafdeling ben je de spil in de proactieve afhandelingvan zendingen die arriveren in de haven van Antwerpen. Je functioneert alsaanspreekpunt voor onze gewaardeerde klanten en begeleidt hen doorheen dediverse operationele stappen van het importproces, waaronder het regelen vanbenodigde documentatie, vrijgave op de terminals, kostenafhandeling, en meer.Met je wereldwijde contacten bij de MSC-agenturen zorg je voor de noodzakelijkecorrecties in manifesten en neem je tevens de verantwoordelijkheid voor hetbeheren van longstanding containers en het terugvorderen retour equipment. Jevoelt je thuis in een omgeving waarin actief problemen oplossen en klantgerichtdenken samenkomen, en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamlead ImportCustomer Service.

    Wie ben je?
    Je hebt een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur een logistieke opleiding), bent equivalent door ervaring in de maritieme sector of bent gefascineerd door de maritieme/logistieke sector met focus op zeevracht
    Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels, kennis Frans is een pluspunt
    Je bent communicatief en overtuigend waardoor je zonder problemen in staat bent om te netwerken en solide klantenrelaties op te bouwen.
    Je denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen.
    Je functioneert perfect in een omgeving waarin geen enkele dag hetzelfde is: you get the job done.
    Je krijgt drive van scherpe deadlines en neemt zonder problemen ad hoc beslissingen.
    Je bent een pro in prioriteiten stellen en kan anticiperen op elke situatie.
    Je plaatst de noden van de klant centraal en streeft naar een optimale dienstverlening.
    Je bent administratief sterk en nauwkeurigheid is jouw stokpaardje.
    Je kan goed overweg met MS Office en andere toepassingen.
    Je bent een echte teamplayer.
