Job description
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be the key point between the end-users and WHISE. We count on you to give our customers and partners the best support experience they have ever had. None of your work days will be the same, guarantee
Your main responsibilities will include :
Serve as the primary contact of our customers and partners and respond efficiently to their questions (phone, email, chat) with a "smile" (primarily in Dutch and French).
Act as the customer advocate - relaying feedback and escalating issues and trends within WHISE.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience by collecting customer feedback, placing suggestions in tickets, and discussing these with your manager at regular intervals.
Contribute to the quality of documentation and improvement of procedures.
Profile
Hold (at least) a High School degree or equivalent through experience.
Proven 2-3 year success across incident management and service delivery excellence. Experience in the software and technology sector is a plus.
Exhibit a passion for exceeding customer expectations and for helping customers solve problems.
Possess strong multitasking abilities to swiftly follow-up on multiple requests in an efficient way.
Showcase exceptional team player skills coupled with a sound business acumen.
Fluent in French , English AND Dutch.
Skills
Keen interest in the real estate industry.
Adept at multitasking, paying meticulous attention to procedures and details.
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in an efficient and organized manner.
