    Voor een kapitaalkrachtig havenbedrijf uit regio Antwerpen, ben ik op zoek naar een Head of Business Controlling. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de prestaties van de verschillende BU's. Het bedrijf is financieel gezond en ze hebben grootste plannen voor de toekomst, waar jij een belangrijk deel van zal uitmaken.

    Omschrijving

    Jouw takenpakket als Head of Controlling

    • Je treedt op als Finance Business Partner voor de afdelingshoofden van de vestigingen waar jij voor verantwoordelijk bent.
    • Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de budgetten en forecasts voor de verschillende departementen.
    • Je monitort de KPI's, zodat je de financiële en operationele prestaties op tijd kan bijsturen.
    • Het bijwonen van MT meetings waarin je de bedrijfsresultaten en doelstelling bespreek.
    • Je stuurt en coacht het controlling team aan, zodat er de taken goed worden verdeeld en uitgevoerd.
    • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks naar de CFO en CEO.

    Jouw profiel als Head of Controlling

    • Je beschikt over een master met een economische/financiële achtergrond.
    • Je bent communicatief sterk en business minded.
    • Ervaring met People Management en de industriële sector zijn zeker een pluspunt.
    Aanbod

    Jouw aanbod als Head of Controlling

    • Een competitief salaris, dat is afgestemd op jouw kennis en ervaring. Er wordt nu een range gehanteerd van € , maar hier kan nog marge op zitten.
    • Een moderne firmawagen, deze zal elektrisch/hybride zijn.
    • Voor elke werkdag, ontvang je maaltijdcheques van € 8.
    • Jouw netto-onkostenvergoeding kunnen oplopen tot € 200.
