    LEAD BUYER | BOUWMATERIALEN | INTERNATIONALE MILJARDEN GROEP

    Deze vooraanstaande producent van bouwmaterialen is momenteel op zoek naar een Lead Buyer voor hun hoogtechnologische fabriek in Wielsbeke. Dit gerenommeerde bedrijf begon zijn activiteiten in de jaren 60 en is in korte tijd uitgegroeid tot marktleider in hun segment, met maar liefst 10% van het marktaandeel, wat resulteert in een jaarlijkse omzet van zo'n 1,5 miljard euro.

    Vanwege hun opmerkelijke groei zijn ze in 2022 onderdeel geworden van een grotere groep. Deze groep telt 128 productielocaties verspreid over 44 landen, met in totaal meer dan 15.000 werknemers wereldwijd.

    Zowel binnen de groep als binnen de dochterondernemingen staat innovatie en maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen centraal. Vooral binnen de bouwsector, die historisch gezien een vervuilende industrie is, richt dit bedrijf zich op het toepassen van energiezuinige productiemethoden en het gebruik van gerecyclede materialen.

    Omschrijving

    LEAD BUYER - TAKENPAKKET

    Als Lead Buyer voor de fabriek in Wielsbeke, rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Procurement Director. Onrechtstreeks rapporteer je aan de Purchasing Manager Benelux en de PlantManager . Je functie omvat voornamelijk de direct en indirect spend van de plant (€13 miljoen), het afsluiten van jaarcontracten en operationele inkoop. Je kerntaken omvatten:

    • Verantwoordelijk voor inkoop en inkoop binnen de BU ( België)
    • Implementeert alle inkoopprocedures, waarbij deze worden afgestemd op bedrijfsprocessen volgens het groepsinkoopbeleid
    • Helpt bij het identificeren van kansen voor kostenbesparingen met betrekking tot de inkoopfunctie en implementeert inkoop best practices voor alle goederen en diensten, optimaliseert de processen door gebruik te maken van SAP
    • Implementeert het leveranciersbeoordelings- en contracttoewijzingsproces.

    Profielen

    LEAD BUYER - PROFIEL

    • Minimaal een bachelor denkniveau.
    • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Buyer of enkele jaren ervaring als procurement officer of assistent.
    • Geen aankoopteam; dit is een 'standalone' functie. Je vindt dit geen probleem.
    • Je bent vloeiend in zowel spreken als schrijven in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
