    Voor TVH is continu verbeteren een van de belangrijkste speerpunten in de komende jaren.

    Als Facilitator van continuous improvement voor de afdeling Operations, coach je teams en teamleiders bij het bouwen van een echte continuous improvement cultuur binnen TVH.

    Je speelt een sleutelrol bij TVH Als ambassadeur van het CI-programma binnen TVH werk je samen met operationele teams, ... management en de corporate centers of excellence om best practices te delen en succesverhalen uit te wisselen.

    Je krijgt je energie door mensen te helpen groeien en door teams te onboarden in hun CI-reis.

    Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je maakt mensen enthousiast over verbeteringen en lean/ CI principes, specifiek binnen Operations.
  • Je coacht en coördineert bottom-up verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Je ondersteunt de leiderschapstrajecten en helpt zo met het opzetten van een leadership culture
  • Je ondersteunt de teams bij de implementatie van specifieke CI gereedschappen en methodes.
  • Je ageert als de lokale Continuous Improvement expert en je bent daarbij het centrale aanspreekpunt.
  • Je rapporteert en communiceert duidelijk over status en voortgang.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het management team van de afdeling om de mindset van CI gradueel op te zetten en het ontwikkelen van een roadmap.
  • Je coördineert trainingen en ondersteunt de business om de vaardigheden en succes van verbeterprocessen op te bouwen.

    • Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor behaald, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, en minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een plus.
  • Ervaring in project & change management is een grote troef.
  • Je werkt zeer vlot met Excel en Powerpoint. Kennis van Jira en Confluence is een meerwaarde maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je gaat oplossings-en resultaatgericht te werk, steeds met het oog op de klant.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en kan mensen enthousiasmeren.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen.
