    JOB PURPOSE

    The Belgian Retail business is one of the TOP 4 countries in Europe.

    The Marketing Department is structured in 3 pillars:

    • Innovation & Research
    • Brand communication
    • Marketing Strategic Planning & Activation

    Under the guidance of the Retail Marketing Manager Benelux, you will be involved in shaping the Retail Benelux strategy, creating Marketing plans, and executing them for Frozen and Chilled categories.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Translate strategic planning into actionable go-to-market plans for Frozen Potato & Appetizers
    • Develop activation plans, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments
    • Manage product portfolio including specifications, new projects, pack visuals, and SKU optimization
    • Analyze market trends, implement brand development strategies, and optimize product portfolio
    • Collaborate on new product development, execute launch plans, and monitor performance
    • Contribute to communication strategy, media planning, and campaign analysis
    • Work closely with Category Manager, sales team, and key accounts
    • Ensure project alignment among internal departments and external stakeholders

    WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

    Location: Belgium (Antwerp Berchem)

    Reporting to: Marketing Manager Retail Benelux

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Higher education: business school, university
    • 2-3 years of marketing/product management experience
    • Experience in product/packaging projects and media campaigns
    • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software tools
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Fluency in English and Dutch, good level of French
    • Proactive, team player with strong analytical and synthesis skills
    • Autonomous, organized, and persuasive
    • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently
