    JOB PURPOSE:

    The Belgian Retail business is one of the TOP 4 countries (France, Germany, Italy and Belgium).

    The Marketing Department is organised in 3 pillars: 1) Innovation & Research 2) Brand communication and 3) Marketing Strategic Planning & Activation.

    Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager Benelux, you participate in the development of the Retail Benelux strategy, the definition of Marketing plans and their execution. For Frozen as well as the Chilled Business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Your main missions and projects are, for the ranges of products which will be entrusted to you:

    · Converting & driving the strategic AOC planning into implementation and go-to-market plans, based on business & brand priorities, for Frozen Potato & Appetizers

    · Definition of activation plans (promotional, trade marketing, media), analysis of results, and implementation of corrective actions.

    · Leading the Product portfolio management (technical specs, new & pack change projects, enhancing content & product/pack visuals for off & online platforms, SKU rationalization and introductions)

    · Analysis of markets and trends from panel data (distributors and consumers), implementation of recommendations for brand development actions (promotions, prices, media, pack). Management and optimization of the product portfolio.

    · Participation with the Growth Strategies and Innovation team in new product development projects, communication of the most relevant insights, participation in product developments, evaluation of P&L and business cases, development and execution of launch plans, performance monitoring and implementation place of corrective actions.

    · Participation with the Communication team in the communication strategy for its range of products, participation in the development of media and social media plans with the various agencies, analysis of campaigns and results. Managing, together with the local agency the local content in top of the CE content and tracking results, implementing corrective actions together with the agency.

    · Work in close collaboration with the Category Manager, sales force and key account teams.

    · Ensuring the alignment of all projects between internal (Marketing, Sales, Cat Man and CE) and external stakeholders (agencies)

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    · Higher education : business school, university

    · Min. 2-3 years of work experience in marketing/product management

    · Relevant experience in conducting product/packaging projects and (digital/social) media campaigns

    · Good computer skills and able to become expert user of new software tools which can drive performance

    · Very good presentation skills

    · Fluent English and Dutch, good level of French.

    · You are proactive and know how to work in a team.

    · Your analytical and synthesis skills, your curiosity, your sense of responsibility and your pragmatism are essential assets

    · Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you are endowed with the ability to motivate and convince in order to defend your ideas.

    · Team player, proactive, with entrepreneurial attitude, able to work independentlySupport in the activation plan of the brands in Belgium & Holland, in frozen

    · 4 months Fixed-term contract (July to November 2024)
