Investissements :
L'entité investissements comprend la cellule revitalisation urbaine et la cellule projets subsidiés.
Cellule revitalisation urbaine : sa mission vise, dans le respect du développement durable et à travers l'ensemble des politiques menées en la matière (CQD, CRU, PdV, etc), à réaliser, dans les délais, les différents projets inscrits dans les programmes tant d'un point de vue technique, qu'administratif et financier.
Cellule projets subsidiés : sa mission est, dans le respect du développement durable et à travers l'ensemble des politiques de subsidiation des projets (plans triennaux, Bruxelles-Environnement, Communauté française, PPT, VGC, Agion,...), la création, la construction, la rénovation du patrimoine bâti tant d'un point de vue technique, qu'administratif et financier.

Responsabilités et activités
Responsabilités
Mener à bien les dossiers de travaux et d'études (procédures de marchés publics, volets techniques, estimation budgétaire, subsides, chantiers, plans...)
Informer sur l'état d'avancement du suivi des dossiers
Participer au développement de la transition énergétique, l'aspect URE et DD
Pouvoir remplacer dans la gestion des projets des collègues de la cellule en matière de bâtiment ou d'espaces publics
Activités principales :
-Gérer les dossiers de marchés publics liés principalement aux bâtiments communaux et aux espaces publics,
-Gérer les travaux relatifs à ces marchés
-Gérer les budgets et les subsides relatifs à ces marchés
-Gérer les dossiers de marchés publics d'études pour les dossiers complexes structurels (si prérequis) et de techniques spéciales
-Etablir et contrôler les documents en matière de transition énergétique DD et environnement
-Etablir les certificats énergétiques pour les bâtiments publics si prérequis
Diplôme
Etre titulaire d'un diplôme d'Architecte, Ingénieur, Ingénieur Architecte ou Ingénieur industriel en construction
