- Vous soutenez le management RH&O et les directions en leur fournissant des conseils stratégiques sur l'organisation du travail, la mobilité, la rémunération et les avantages du personnel, conformément au cadre juridique et à la politique interne.
- Vous développez une vision stratégique et la traduisez au niveau opérationnel.
- Vous déterminez la politique de gestion des avantages du personnel de la MC en tant qu'employeur. Vous veillez à une communication claire auprès de nos services du personnel, au management, aux collaborateurs et aux partenaires externes entre autre via la diffusion optimale des connaissances.
- Vous êtes notre personne de contact auprès des compagnies d'assurance qui gèrent les polices liées à notre personnel.
- Vous assurez la coordination et la mise en œuvre de divers projets dans le domaine Compensation & Benefits.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de master ou équivalent par expérience.
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'expériences professionnelles dans le domaine Compensation & Benefits ou un domaine RH pertinent.
- Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le domaine des RH, et plus particulièrement pour Compensation & Benefits.
- Traiter avec discrétion les informations confidentielles et livrer un travail minutieux sont une évidence pour vous.
- Vous vous distinguez par votre talent d'organisation, votre sens des responsabilités et êtes à même de gérer les délais serrés et les moments de pic.
- Vous attachez de l'importance à une collaboration efficace et transparente, vous entretenez de bons contacts et êtes un bon communicateur.
- Vous aimez la variété et appréciez vous lancer dans de nouveaux défis.
- Vous êtes curieux et n'hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives.
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances de la suite MS-Office et d'Excel et vous vous adaptez rapidement aux nouveaux outils.
- Vous êtes bon bilingue, tant oralement que par écrit.
