- Processing purchase invoices and entering them into our software package "Elite"
- Follow-up and check the process of purchase (and sales) invoices
- Booking of purchase invoices and account statements
- Help prepare for the periodic closure
- Billing
- Sending out the monthly reminders to clients. You are responsible for debtor management and ensure the necessary follow-up
- Processing client payments
- You are responsible for the (e-)billing of the lawyers
- has an excellent command of written and spoken English. Candidates will need to have an excellent command of either French or Dutch and good competency in the other
- has minimum 1 year of experience as a billing assistant in a similar environment
- is able to communicate at all levels
- has a can-do attitude and is proactive
- is digital-oriented
- is able to prioritize, multi-task and handle stressful situations
- is eager to learn and able to work independently
- Open for 4/5 (weekly contract) if desired
