- Je bereidt aanbestedingen voor.
- Je assisteert de sourcing manager met de opmaak van offertes. Die dienen als basis voor de onderhandelingen met de leveranciers.
- Je organiseert tastings .
- Je bereidt contracten met de leveranciers voor op basis van de afgesproken commerciële voorwaarden.
- Je ziet toe op de naleving van de wetgeving en van ons aankoopbeleid.
- Samen met de sourcing manager schat je de aan te kopen volumes in zodat onze behoeftes gedekt blijven.
- Je voert administratieve en operationele taken uit en neemt deel aan vergaderingen.
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of je kan dit niveau compenseren door relevante administratieve ervaring .
- Je brengt minimaal een eerste ervaring mee in een gelijkaardige, administratieve functie.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Je bent een geboren planner en je hebt organisatietalent.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en bent nauwkeurig . .
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands of Frans en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Je spreekt ook een aardig mondje Engels .
