- Je rolt initiatieven uit om de kwaliteits- en veiligheidscultuur te versterken. Aan de hand van risicoanalyses identificeer je verbeteringsacties en streef je samen met de collega's naar hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden en 'zero-ongevallen'.
- Je implementeert, ondersteunt en volgt het kwaliteits- en foodsafety managementsysteem op.
- Om dit te voorzien, volg je de wetgeving, KPI's en actieplannen nauwkeurig op.
- Daarbovenop begeleid je interne audits, coördineer je verbetertrajecten en ondersteun je afdelingen actief via overleg, advies, coaching en training.
- Je stelt kwaliteitsprocedures op en houdt deze up to date in ons systeem.
- Door de optimalisatie van de reinigingsplannen waak je mee over de hygiëne in de plant.
- Je begeleidt en coördineert de bedrijfnameprocedures van nieuwe installaties i.k.v. EHS, kwaliteit en reiniging.
- Je werkt samen met de nationale EHS-engineer om het EHS-programma uit te rollen conform met het bedrijfsbeleid en de milieu- en veiligheidswetgeving.
- Daarnaast heb je ook een actieve rol in het sociaal overleg als voorzitter van het CPBW.
- Je geeft ondersteuning op vlak van energie- en afvalreductie en voorziet hier de jaarlijkse aangiftes.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager.
- Je hebt een Masterdiploma ingenieurswetenschappen aangevuld met een extra diploma als preventieadviseur niveau 1.
- Daarnaast verwachten we een 5-tal jaar ervaring in een industriële productie-omgeving.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van kwaliteits- en hygiënevereisten in de voedingsindustrie, alsook van de systematiek, opbouw en auditing van zorgsystemen.
- Je hebt grondige kennis van veiligheidsvereisten in een industriële omgeving.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden, neemt graag initiatief en hebt een hands-on mindset.
- Je heb zeer goede communicatievaardigheden om de verschillende stakeholders te overtuigen en mee te nemen in jouw verhaal, dit zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
