    Samen met een team van Enterprise Architecten bouw je mee aan de toekomst van Belfius Technology. Vanuit je engineering mindset moderniseer je bestaande technologieën en integreer je nieuwe zoals GenAI, Cloud, Data. Zo versterk je de resiliency en security van Belfius Bank, Insurance & Beyond met als ultieme doel de Love van onze klanten te verdienen.

    De job in een notendop

    Afhankelijk van je kennis en interesse werk je verder aan de uitbouw van de enterprise architectuur voor één van de domeinen binnen bank en verzekeringen.

    In lijn met onze missie "We guide you from Vision to Realisation" werk je mee aan de lange termijn visie en strategie voor diverse technology topics en je vertaalt deze naar een concreet project plan. Je houdt hierbij niet alleen rekening met nieuwe markttrends binnen technologie maar ook met processen en mensen.

    Je helpt de IT collega's meer zelfstandig en matuur te worden op het vlak van solution architectuur en je ondersteunt hen in hun projecten.

    Je helpt de business collega's in het ontwikkelen van een business architectuur.

    Je respecteert, promoot, optimaliseert en werkt mee aan onze architectuur governance zoals principes, processen, documentatie en modellering.

    Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

  • een Bachelor of Master Diploma bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering.
  • sterke communicatievaardigheden. Je past je communicatie makkelijk aan, aan de veranderende context, je doelpubliek en met een open blik voor diversiteit.
  • ervaring in het omzetten van een business strategie naar een Technology strategie en de vertaling naar business capabilites en (architecturale) roadmaps.
  • ervaring in stakeholders management zoals development teams, senior management en business stakeholders.
  • ervaring in ITIL of IT4IT, TOGAF en ArchiMate.
  • vlotte kennis van Nederlands of Frans en Engels
