    Als één van twee banken in België beschikt Belfius over een marktenzaal en daar hebben we grote ambities.
    We lanceren een meerjaren FM transformation program met stevige commerciële ambities.

    Ons doel is ontegensprekelijk om onze klanten (voornamelijk corporate, maar ook private & wealth) te ondersteunen in hun professionele en persoonlijke ambities:

  • Mét de juiste producten voor klant en bank;
  • Binnen een gecontroleerde risk omgeving;
  • En ondersteund door stevige technologische foundations.

    • Om deze strategische pijler voor meerdere jaren verder uit te bouwen, zijn we nog op zoek naar een Team leader Financial Markets .
    Een cruciale rol in een razend interessant domein

  • Zorgen dat we op een future-proof manier met onze klanten communiceren, volledig in lijn met onze human-digital benadering;
  • Onze medewerkers ondersteunen met views en dashboards zodat ze onze klant beter leren kennen dan hij/zij zelf dat doet;
  • Transacties verwerken op een compliant manier door één van onze medewerkers óf in onze state-of-the-art digitale kanalen;
  • De marktenzaal uitbouwen tot het kloppende hart met zicht op de internationale financiële markten;

  • Technologische evoluties opzetten die ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten en medewerkers de love voelen van dit cruciale domein.

    De job in een notendop

    Je bent een people manager. Je inspireert en motiveert program managers & projectleiders.

    Samen met je eigen mensen, de IT-teams en de business lines zorg je voor de scoping, analyse & implementatie van een portfolio voor zowel de marktenzaal, het risk domein en de cruciale technische en mandatory projecten.

    Je beheert en rapporteert een portfolio aan transformatie-projecten deels inhoudelijk, maar ook qua timing en budget zorg je voor de nodige input naar je collega's, de governance bodies en het management.

    Je bouwt een team uit van professionals

    Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

    Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

    Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

  • Enige ervaring in people management, zowel functioneel als hiërarchisch
  • Ervaring in project & programma-management
  • Een passie voor technologie, maar met een business-mindset
  • Vlotte communicatie naar technische en niet-technische profielen van verschillende niveaus
  • Een masterdiploma

    • Je scoort extra met:

  • Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans) en vlotte kennis van het Engels
  • Ervaring met of interesse in het brede Financial Markets domein
  • Ervaring met of interesse in MIFID en/of beleggingen voor professioneel cliënteel
  • Humor
