    The upscale Pullman Brussels Centre Midi has a privileged location on site of the Brussels South railway station.

    Your mission

    • Performs Front Office, Reception and Information operations, applying the organisational structure defined by the Welcome Manager.
    • Forms the link and interfaces between the hotel''s different departments and various points of reception.
    • Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
    • Promotes the hotel''s offer.
    • Helps meet the department''s quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
    • Assist the Welcome Manager and the team in their daily tasks.

    Votre profil

    • Caring for others and the environment around you: you contribute to making the stay of our clients irreproachable and unforgettable with your personal touch
    • Languages: French and English
