- Je bent bachelor of masterstudent en kan je vrijmaken voor een periode van 3 tot 6 maanden in het kader van een stagecontract verbonden aan een onderwijsinstelling.
- Je maakt graag deel uit van een groep maar kan ook op jezelf het nodige werk verzetten.
- Je bent proactief en nauwgezet in de taken die je uitvoert. Je bent immers niet vies van een deadline of twee.
- Je durft je uitdrukken (in het Nederlands en Engels) en kan absoluut leven met wat opbouwende kritiek.
- Je kan kritisch en probleemoplossend meedenken
- Kan je toveren met woorden, is social media je speeltuin en goochel je als de beste met cijfers? Dan ben jij de eenhoorn die wij zoeken Werken met Word, PowerPoint, en Excel doen je dus niet in koud zweet uitbarsten. Feeling voor projecten rond fotografie, videografie of werken met Photoshop is zeker een pluspunt. Een biermerk op de (wereld)kaart zetten via alle mogelijke on- en offline kanalen, dat is de uitdaging die je zoekt.
- Je maakt deel uit van één van de global brand tribes. Dat wil zeggen dat je specifiek op één of enkele merken werkt.
- Je focus ligt op het uitwerken van jouw merk op alle vlakken. Gaande van concurrentieanalyses tot het lettertype op de bierlabels.
- Aangezien je in het global team zit zal je geen specifieke campagnes voor België uitwerken. Wat je wel zal doen is bijvoorbeeld fotoshoots helpen organiseren. Die beelden zullen uiteindelijk door de landen gebruikt worden in hun lokale campagnes.
- De stage zelf is heel afwisselend, waarbij je tevens de kans krijgt om ze gedeeltelijk zelf in te vullen.

Bij de marketing afdeling dragen we daar ons steentje aan bij op onze eigen 'Duvelse' manier: geen schrik hebben om begane paden te verlaten en strategisch durven nadenken 'on the fly'. Vooruit met de geit Je zal als stagiair(e) terechtkomen in een familie van gepassioneerde professionals met één duidelijk doel voor ogen: de meest kwalitatieve resultaten behalen in het rumoer van uitdagende timings. Je krijgt de kans om voluit te leren in en over de unieke wereld van premium producten en merken. Ze mee tot leven wekken voor consumenten die kwaliteit en ware passie weten te smaken.
In een ondernemersomgeving zoals de onze, ben jij het die bepaalt hoeveel je zal opsteken van je passage bij het marketing team. Iedereen, op élk niveau (onze structuur is zeer vlak) is niet vies van wat werk. Als je proactief en nauwgezet bent in de dagelijkse ondersteuning van het team – ja, daar horen ook af en toe pakjes sturen en kopieën nemen bij – zal je ook absoluut de kans krijgen om deel uit te maken van meer swingende projecten en de brand teams enkele grotere projecten helpen leiden.
