    Een internationaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in industriële gereedschappen en gelegen in Mechelen is op zoek naar een Payroll Specialist BeNeLux (remote) voor de entiteiten in België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Je superviseert en monitort alle payroll activiteiten voor de Benelux regio in samenwerking met de externe payroll providers. Heb jij ervaring in Payroll en kijk je uit naar een volgende uitdaging?     Jouw takenpakket als Payroll Specialist BeNeLux (remote):


    • Je ondersteunt de HR administratie bij nieuwe aanwervingen en vertrekkende medewerkers

    • Je bereidt betalingen voor: voorschotten, nettoloon, sociale zekerheid etc. in samenspraak met het sociaal secretariaat SD Worx

    • Je verwerkt afwezigheden: medisch verlof, moederschap, vaderschap, enz.

    • Je voert de maandelijkse looncontroles uit

    • Je maakt salarisrapporten op voor het hoger management

    • Je leidt de payrollprojecten en - initiatieven en ontwikkelt belangrijke wijzigingen en implementeert deze in samenwerking met de EMEA Payroll Manager, het Project Team en HR

    Het ideale profiel als Payroll Specialist BeNeLux (remote):


    • Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring binnen Payroll

    • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels

    • Je bent proactief, communicatief sterk en je hebt een passie voor payroll

    • Je kan structuur vinden in chaos en bent organisatorisch sterk

    • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS office, kennis van het SD Worx programma is mooi meegenomen

    • Je kijkt uit naar een functie die grotendeels remote is
