Duurzaamheid, milieuvriendelijkheid en veiligheid staan daarbij centraal. Vanuit het kantoor van Mazda Motor België (MMB) in Willebroek, wordt door een dynamisch en enthousiast team van ongeveer 30 tal medewerkers het netwerk van 70 tal Mazda-dealers ondersteund, doen we er alles aan om Mazda succesvol in de markt te zetten en onze klanten een unieke beleving te bezorgen. De bedrijfscultuur in deze organisatie is professioneel, laagdrempelig, vernieuwend, open en betrokken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van verschillende toegewezen dealers om de verkoop en winst met betrekking tot de verkoop van auto's, onderdelen & accesoires te maximaliseren (dealernetwerk in Luxemburg)
    Je informeert, coacht en volgt de ontwikkelingen op van de toegewezen dealers om te kunnen inspelen op alle factoren die de verkoop kunnen beïnvloeden, zowel op het gebied van opportuniteiten (commerciële acties, verkoopevenementen, enz.) als op het gebied van bedreigingen (loyaliteit, aankoop van onderdelen, opleiding van personeel, enz.).
    Je rapporteert aan Mazda Motor Belux de verschillende commercieel gerelateerde KPI's (marktsituatie, voorraad- en demorapportering, klantenbinding, getrouwheidsaankooponderdelen, enz.).
    Je analyseert de structuur, kwaliteit en mogelijke zwakke punten van een deale en je controleert op de naleving van de Mazda-normen bij de dealers
    Je volgt en analyseert specifieke KPI's op van de toegewezen dealers om correct en kwalitatief commercieel advies te kunnen geven.
    Je onderhoudt en bouwt de bestaande commerciële contacten op met dealers om een langdurige relatie op te bouwen en zo de beoogde omzet te realiseren.
    Je informeert over nieuwe producten
    Je rapporteert de dealerbezoeken aan het management
    Je houdt je continu op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van automotive, om jouw kennis up-to-date volgens de evoluties om zijn/haar geloofwaardigheid te versterken door een service aan te bieden die continu gebaseerd is op up-to-date kennis.
    Je woont intern/extern gegeven trainingen en informatiesessies bij
    Je hebt een Bachelor of Master, bij voorkeur in Automotive, bedrijfskunde of economie
    Je bent vloeiend in Engels en hebt zeer goede kennis van Frans en Nederlands
