- You will prepare new permit applications and follow up on pending applications
- You work closely with the internal customers
- You screen the documents to be supplied for the application
- You prepare the necessary notes
- You have at least 3 years' experience with permit files in an industrial environment
- You can correctly interpret and apply licensing regulations (OVD, VCRO, CoDT, environmental regulations, etc.)
- You have strong analytical skills and a critical mindset
- You have good editorial skills and a sense for constructive consultation
- You are proactive, autonomous, diplomatic and solution-oriented
- You are a team player and work transversally, with strong organisational skills and resistance to stress
- You are Dutch- or French-speaking and have a fluent knowledge of the other national language

The Community Relations Department contributes to the fulfilment of Fluxys' strategy by creating the necessary conditions for carrying out investment works and operating our infrastructure, in terms of applying for and obtaining all required permits and property rights on the one hand and managing interactions with third parties in the vicinity of our pipelines and stations on the other.
