    Een grote speler in consumer electronics en media met reële doorgroeimogelijkheden, waar initiatief en persoonlijke inbreng naar waarde worden geschat. Functieomschrijving Unique is op zoek naar een Supply Chain Support (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij een belangrijke speler binnen Consumentenelektronica in Strombeek-Bever.Word je warm van het idee om mensen te helpen bij hun vraagstukken rond leveringen, retouren, beschadigde goederen, enz? Dan is deze functie als Supply Chain Support iets voor jou Wat is jouw takenpakket?
    • Een klant komt bij jou terecht via mail met een vraag of probleem omtrent logistiek of supply chain: een bestelling is niet geleverd, een beschadigd product, vragen omtrent leveringstermijn, enz
    • Jij gaat de situatie analyseren en gaat met verschillende betrokken partijen samenzitten
    • Je zoekt naar een gepaste oplossing en brengt deze op een duidelijke manier over
    • Hierbij zorg je er ook voor dat alles administratief in orde is
    • Kortom: je gaat voor happy clients
    Profiel Wie zoeken wij als Supply Chain Support?
    • Je hebt een interesse in logistiek en supply chain
    • Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
    • Je hebt een goed logisch redeneervermogen en leert snel nieuwe dingen aan
    • Je werkt procesmatig
    • Maturiteit en teamspirit is belangrijk
    • Een ervaring in een tweedelijnsfunctie is een mooie plus
