    Je hebt als Field Sales Executive Air onder andere de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Je ondersteunt strategische processen en je geeft verbetervoorstellen, je deelt 'best practises'.
  • Je behandelt klachten en neemt hierin een proactieve/kritische houding aan;
  • Je informeert afdelingen over de vragen en werkingsprocessen bij jouw klant;
  • Je tracht bestaande klanten te overtuigen of informeren over het volledige aanbod van Schenker;
  • Je analyseert op een proactieve manier de behoeften van je klanten en zoekt naar nieuwe ideeën;
  • Je bouwt een uitstekende lange termijn relatie op met je bestaande klanten en probeert hetzelfde te bereiken bij prospecten;
  • Je beheert op een klantvriendelijke en professionele wijze jouw klantenportefeuille zodat je targets minimum behaald worden;
  • Je bewaakt over een correcte en efficiënte implementatie van je nieuwe klanten;
  • Je bouwt en stevig netwerk uit, een overwegend nieuwe klantenportefeuille en volgt de actuele markt;
  • Prospectie is jouw ding, je legt graag nieuwe contacten en kent je markt;
  • Je gaat op een actieve manier op zoek naar potentiële nieuwe klanten;
    • Wij vragen
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en kan werken met targets;
  • Je kan de juiste linken leggen tussen wat operationeel haalbaar is en de verwachtingen van de klant;
  • Je bent creatief en assertief;
  • Klantgerichtheid is je belangrijkste kwaliteit;
  • Airfreight is helemaal jouw ding en je hebt een bijzondere voorliefde voor sales;
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Frans en heeft een goede kennis van Engels. Kennis Duits is een pluspunt maar geen must;
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master;

Als Field Sales Executive ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe omzet en volume en het beheren van bestaande omzet. We zijn hiervoor op zoek naar een nieuwe fulltime collega met commerciële ervaring in de logistiek specifiek gericht op Airfreight voor de regio's Limburg & Antwerpen. Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Branch Manager Air Freight.
